Can I get the refund?

Yes, refunds are available under the following condition:

At See Lanka Travels, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation by the Customer
• More than 20 Days Before Tour Start Date:
Full refund, minus any non-refundable costs (e.g., accommodation deposits, ticket bookings).
• 19 – 14 Days Before Tour Start Date:
50% refund of the total booking amount, minus non-refundable costs.
• 7–14 Days Before Tour Start Date:
25% refund of the total booking amount, minus non-refundable costs.
• Less than 7 Days Before Tour Start Date:
No refund.

2. Cancellation by See Lanka Travels
• In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Costs

Certain expenses, such as advance payments for accommodation, tickets, or activities, are non-refundable. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Modifications to Bookings
• Rescheduling requests made at least 15 days before the tour start date will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), but we will work with you to reschedule the tour.
